Android remote control

I need a freelance that can develop an remote control in android, this remote control must use UDP communication. I have a working prototype programmed in Delphi XE5. What will I provide: 1 - source code of the existing remote control written in Delphi XEE5 (you can download a Delphi XE5 demo to debug the code); 2 - an EXE file from the remote control 3 - an APK of the remote control prototype, you can install it on your android to make tests 4 - a hardware simulator for Windows (this is what the remote must do the control), may you must run this on a virtual machine; 5 - the source code of this simulator written in Delphi 7 6 - manual in english of the device that will be controlled. 7 - source of a similar project using UDP communication. 8 - a PNG icon What I want to get fro you: 1 - ZIP of the working space from eclipse with the project; 2 - You must adjusts the icon that I will provide in a PNG file; App must: 1. run with Android 2.3 or greater 2. support multiple screen sizes 3. support multiple screen rotations 4. When app goes background it must close the UDP ports; 5. When app is activated it must reopen the UDP ports; 6. App will query hardware each 5 seconds;
