Animation, interaction and AI in Unity 3D for Oculus RIFT!

I need someone to finish a serious game, adding animations and interactivity.
I have all avatars with a few animations, but you’ll need to create a few other animations.
There are 7 scenes that need work:
0 - Avatar Customization
• I need you to create an avatar customization scene and use this avatar on Oculus first person controller (I’ll provide Oculus SDK if necessary).
1 - Classroom:
What I need:
• Avatars seated down in idle animations
• Create na impatient animation
• Create hand-up animation (to ask a question)
• User press a key to change animations of the avatars (IDLE, impatient and random student asks a question)
2 – Meeting room
A few avatars seated. Same commands as before to change animations (IDLE, impatient and random student asks a question)
3 - Elevator
• Create a working elevator for 2 scenes (I’ve got all scene, including the elevator prefab)
• Option to have a few people on the elevator, or none (0, 1, 2, 3 or 6 – a key will change that)
4 - Subway
I’ve got a functional subway scene, that trains comes and goes (same station)
I need:
• Avatars walking to the trains, waiting for the train, getting on and off.
5 - Cinema
A variable to get the cinema full, half full, almost empty, or empty.
Characters walking in the movie theater and finding a seat (others can already be there)
A key will “seat” the player.
People will remain seated with different idle animations thru the movie (animations are already done)
6 - Airplane
• A key to “seat” the player
• Avatars will get inside the plane and find their seat in 1 minute (some will already be seated)
There`s already a take off, fly and land animation. I need:
• Turbulence
• Night / Day
• Thunder storm

HI, I can affort this development in the bid placed if we suppress the point of Avatar Customization. The target platform will be desktop PC/MAC, we will be using my Unity License to save you the cost of license.
