Animated Showreel for Company Website

A Sales & Marketing company wish to use their existing website to better promote and market their services using a short, animated showreel. The existing web developer will be responsible for adding the animation to the website so this part of the project is out of scope.

Concept

The animation is to be short and snappy approximately 30-60 seconds in length. The animation will be embedded on the Energize homepage and stream from the existing ISP. It will include appropriate background music, company logo graphics and basic text.

The idea is to compare and contrast two stick men who are trying to grow their business. One stick man chooses to work with our company and once he has started working with us his life is calmer, more manageable and he has time to spend on the things he enjoys as he starts to see results. The other stick man carries on without our help and his business does not improve, in fact, things get worse. His sales drop even though he’s running around keeping busy trying to make things work. The tone of the production should be light hearted ??" perhaps a little bit funny.

We have prepared a PowerPoint storyboard with some ideas that could be incorporated into the final production. The key messages we are trying to communicate are that working with Energize:

-takes away the burden of sales and marketing

-helps you get results

-helps you beat the competition and get more new customers -helps you get more from the customers you already have

The final screen shot shows the company logo.

We are looking for a creative individual with proven animation experience who can take the concept as described above and transform it in to a short, engaging animation piece.

Following delivery of the animation, we require the option to request a round of changes prior to agreeing that the project is complete.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2)Produce a short Adobe flash file of 30 ??" 60 seconds duration that meet the requirements of the specification and can include some or all of the ideas from the PowerPoint story board

3)The delivered file should be in Adobe flash format capable of streaming in standard web browsers (i.e. Firefox and Internet Explorer)

3)The screen size should be: 1024 v 576

4)Suitable background music should be used which fits with the tone of the showreel.

5)The closing shot will be the Energize company logo.
