After Effects - Smoke effect

PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE YOU CAN DO THIS. It is a simple/micro animation project. Providing an example will help me understand that you know how to do this effect. I want someone to make a specific smoke effect animation in After Effects, that will look like this: [login to view URL] For 15seconds it'll look like a smoke effect randomly swirling, but after 15 seconds I need it (fast) to form a sentence that it'll last 15second also. For example: Smoke will have the colors blue, red and white (like the picture above) just randomly swirling around - duration 15seconds. After 15 seconds, only the white color will form a sentence and the other colors will continue swirling. This sentence will last 15seconds. Please bid if you know that you can do it. Thank you.
