Create an Animation

I am a dietitian that sees numerous individuals with Diabetes. I have put together a powerpoint presentation to visualize what I am saying however I think an animation that flows freely would be of more benefit. The file I uploaded is what I use. I have no idea how long it would take to make this animation or the cost. I have had a friend that had one made for $60 that run for a few minutes which is all I really want this to run for. I have a series of videos I want made depending on the success of this video. Here is an explanation the process I currently describe. The first slide is an explanation of the types of food that have carbohydrate. It doesn't need the serving size information on this just the food sources of carbohydrate. I then explain how a carbohydrate is a chain made of individual glucose links. This chain is digested in the stomach down into glucose, of which then enters the blood and is pumped around the body. The glucose is needed in the blood at all times as it is a major fuel source for the cells of the body however; it needs to get from the blood into the cells to actually provide that energy. With diabetes, the problem is not the fact that glucose is in the blood, it's that it is unable to go from the blood into the cell efficiently. This the results in a build up of glucose in the blood. When patients prick their finger to test their blood glucose level and it reads as high, then this is what that is telling us. For glucose to enter the cell it requires insulin to unlock the cell. Insulin is produced in the pancreas whenever carbohydrates are consumed. With typer 2 diabetes, the cells of the body are unresponsive to insulin due mostly to lifestyle factors such as being overweight (think fatty build up in the lock that insulin unlocks). Genetic factors also can play a role. Additionally the pancreas may not be producing enough insulin through either fatigue of having to produce to much to overcome insulin resistance (fatty build up in the lock) - this is type 2 diabetes, or through the pancreas attacking itself and not producing any insulin - this is an autoimmune condition which is type 1 diabetes (previously called juvenile onset diabetes). High blood glucose levels are managed in three main ways 1) medication, 2) exercise: exercise works by just busting the insulin lock open and letting glucose in, therefore bypassing the fact that insulin is either lacking or not effectively unlocking the cell. 3) diet: with diet we are just trying to control how much carbohydrates (hence glucose) we put into the system at anyone point in time. Eating carbohydrate that is not overly process and not in large quantities is what is important to manage your blood glucose levels. A dietitian can help with assessing your diet.

After looking at a number of examples I am actually looking for a white board explainer video. If anyone could help with that it would be great. I am needing it to be approximately 3-5 minutes. If you could let me know how much that would cost in total, or how many hours that would take.
Thanks
