An app to get people talking, for a men's groups / drinking game / therapeutic tool

I have a men's group format (which I can email you) that I need turning into an app. (i) Ground Rules to be read and agreed (ii) Meditation bell to be set on a timer (pre-set might do it!) (iii) Question come up at the press of a button (iv) There's a basic check-in round, then different questions under different categories that need to be loaded / changed at the back end / managed (v) Possibly collection of email addresses, etc. People put into a social media group? If this can be done via Skype or something similar, that would be great, so people don't need to be in the same room.
