First, 1 month before the child's birthday party/event, the parents should first of all sort out the budget needed for the event, so that all the desired ideas would come true and will be realized on time. Next, the parents (and the child if it is old enough), should make a list of the kids or/and the adults who are going to be guests at the party. This way, they can also save on the budget, as members (a kid, mum, dad, from the same family that are going to be invited at the party, are going to be included in one invitation and not in three.) When this is done, they should have an idea of a theme for the event, and a possible location where it will take place. They should also make sure that the place is in a safe area in the town/city, that it is recommended by friends/other trusted parents, and they should also possibly ask for a word of mouth regarding the past experiences of other parents regarding their kids' parties. Moreover, if they decide on the venue, next, they should go and talk with the owner or manager of the venue and maybe pay a deposit, so they can secure the reservation of the date when the party is going to take place, this is if they decide on a/the specific venue (playground/restaurant/private yard/house...) I have experience in throwing great parties at the same time also know the last minute problems that can arise. I would definitely be an ideal candidate for this project. I am a mother of 2 boys 9 and 11. I plan everything form their school parties to their birthday parties to their team parties. Then we have every occasion party. (Valentines, Halloween, etc) I plan each party out from the decorations to the games. I love doing this form my boys and I cant imagine letting anyone else be in charge. I would say this is one of my hobbies that I love. I look forwarding to working with you in the future.
