Build user Guide and Use case documents for my website

We are looking at creating new documentation for our website and product. We are looking for creative writers with experience in writing end user focused documentation. Our customers are small business owners and may not be very technical. We want to simplify usage and provide adequate documentation with steps, screen shots and seo focused content. Work may also require selection of some graphics and images (apart from product screenshots) from websites like [login to view URL] etc, we will pay for images, but you will have to select images for your content. Initial drafts of the documents will be in MS Word, but final version will be in wordpress (we will provide account and other details), you must be familiar with adding contents to Wordpress. Our Wordpress has help theme and required SEO plugins. You only have to add your text contents (we will upload all images). Note: You will have to understand product before starting the work. We can prodive product demo if required. Website User Guide(Manual) Website user guide contains about 10 sections and total of about 50 sub-sections. Each section and subsection has about 100-200 words. We will provide section/subsection details. You will have to write creative text, add graphics and images/screenshots. Content must be very crisp and will be reviewed very carefully. (Approx 9000 words, +/- 1000 words) - 10 Product Usecases/stories Each use case or story will be about 500-700 words. We will provide small description of the story and how to achieve it. You will have to write creative text, add graphics and images, provide referneces to user guide/manual. (Approx 5000 words, +/- 1000 words).
