I have children involved in multiple sports including baseball, softball, swimming and ice hockey. I coach softball, am team president for select baseball, past mite commissioner for ice hockey and USA swimming certified stroke and turn official for swimming. I have first hand experience with different methods of motivation in youth sports and a personal interest in finding what works for all coaches, parents and players.
