Our company deals with building home and land packages and selling them to investors or owner occupiers. We need some web content written/re-written to be used for each region that we build in. The content would be broken up into 2 components (Regional specific, Estate Specific) which would display information about regional specific points of interest and Estate/Suburb specific. The content needs to act as a sales pitch as to why people would want to buy/move into the region/estate, so needs to be positive. The regional component would include sub sections that relate to it. There could be multiple estates within each region. The structure would be similar to below; Region (eg. Bundaberg, Australia) - Overview - Tourism - Industry - Arts & Culture - Transport - Education - Health - Sport & Recreation - Entertainment - Shopping - Etc. Estates (eg. Bargara Golf Links Estate; Jendarron Park Estate) - Suburb - Interesting things For some sub sections there may not be a lot of info so we could combine with another or skip it. The content would initially be researched by our team and the passed on to you for writing. We could provide the content in 2 ways using the structure above - Links to relevant information, or - Content that would need re writing. The content will also act as a basis for any SEO work Ideally we would like approx. 1500 words for Region. Estates would only need to be approx. 350 words each.
