Create Simple Seamless Background Graphic

I need a 400x400 .gif image for use as a web site background that creates "construction stripes" when tiled. Construction stripes are the repeating orange/white bands. See product 17795 (4th item) on [login to view URL] . Stripe angle will be 45 degrees. Should be a quick and simple project for someone with the right graphics tools. I just don't have time to do it right now and am willing to may a few dollars for someone else to do it. ## Deliverables Deliverable is just the gif file. Must tile seamlessly as a web page or desktop background. Stripes facing either direction is fine (we can flip it if the client wants.) ## Platform Platform agnostic.
