Dailer System and more

I require a call centre to be established like for my company :) this would be achieved by go auto diallers. in the beginning but would move on to asterisk now at this moment i require to do sales and also receive incoming calls i have two companies and the sailer would play music and do all other things that are required in a call centre. i will set it up but would require some steps where i am getting stuck i can go into forms and look for the answer but i would prefer a freelancer helping in developing this new project i would download and install and configure remotely as well but i just require help where i get stuck i will set up 25 different seats and qos is not functioning properly i am at a starting stage. cheers
