Attention Game Developers

I would like a prairie dog (gopher) hunting PC game. The only one I could find is at: [login to view URL] It's almost 10 years old so it's highly outdated. Take a look at the screen shots to see what I'm talking about. I want it to have the look and feel of this game: [login to view URL] Except it would involve prairie dogs of course. It needs to be designed for MS Windows only. It can be in Flash or whatever else you feel is necessary. My only stipulation is that I don't want it to be a storage or memory hog. Keep it as simple as possible. Please post bids for the entire project.
