Architectural Drafter (Designer) is required to develop exterior and interior elevations from as-built plans of 1 story (5000 - 10000 sqft), detailed and accurate elevations are required, some heights provided, other has to be calculated or approximated.
10 projects to be developed on the next 2 months, you are bidding over one single project.
Turn around of 3-4 calendar days after floor plans are provided. Please dont bid if turn around times cant be meet.
Daily commitment of at least 4 hours, Please dont bid if you can't commit to that minimum time frame,
Floor and Roof plans, pictures, videos, samples and instructions provided.
Autocad only, English measurement system format.
Samples can be used as a guidance but every elevation needs to be done from scratch.
4-5 external views,
20-35 internal elevations required.
Cad Notes and dimensions, Windows & Doors Schedule, 6-7 Sheets per project,
Excellent communication skills required on English Language.
