I am designing and planning a secondary dwelling unit next to my house. The city I live in requires extensive building plans, site plans, elevations, etc. for all structures being built, near by structures, and properties near by.
I have AutoCAD Civil 2017, Architecture 2017, and Revit 2017 available to me and would normally, slowly be doing this project myself. However, I currently find myself involved in several other projects that do not allow me the time I need to devote to this.
I currently have 2D / 3D AutoCAD wire frame drawings of the existing structure, proposed structure, property lines, etc., so it will hopefully be a good starting foundation. All the measurements for the structures have an accuracy of +/- 1/16th ” and for site surveys, accuracy is within +/- 1”
Also, there probably won’t be a need for placing and rendering any interior fixtures like sinks, baths, etc. that need to be rendered.

hello i would like to ask you ..who exactly u need an architect or structural engineer!?. if architect then i can do the job easily..i've been working revit for more than 4 years ..got a nice experience in advanced level too ..
one more thing ..do u have the structural drawings ..like places of columns and beams or ill recommend their location first ..
