Convert AutoCAD files to ArcGIS shapefiles

I have a difficult AutoCAD DWG file that I'm trying to get converted to an ESRI Shapefile. The DWG is rotated 90 degrees and isn't projected. I don't know AutoCAD quite well enough to convert it. I'll give you the AutoCAD file, and the coordinates in WGS84 lat-long for where the facility is that the drawing depicts. You return to me shapefiles for the layers with polylines in one layer, and polygons in another. An attribute in the shapefile should tell me what AutoCAD layer the data came from so i can style it correctly. This job is for one DWG file, but I have several that need converting on an ongoing basis if the winning freelancer is successful and the product is good. Thanks, and i look forward to your bids.
