Convert PDF Drawings to AutoCAD - repost

Conversion of approximately 100 drawings (1 page each) from PDF to AutoCAD. Fixed price per sheet is preferred. Diagrams vary in complexity, attached is a sample diagram which is one of the more complex items. Some files are very simple and others more complex.
Requirements:
- Convert each PDF to a fully editable DWG
- All objects to be continuous and reflect the actual drawing (eg, lines, circles must be actual editable objects). Complex shapes do not need to be fully rendered, however objects must have correct attributes (eg broken lines must be correctly created to allow editing of a single line).
- Minimum of five layers - (e.g. text, border, structure, centreline and numbering)
- Insert provided company logo on each DWG file
