Creating 4 Banners and a 2 Favicons

The site is [login to view URL] I created a draft banner on my own. I need the following banners all in jpeg: 1. A header Image to replace the current one (I want something similar but with a professional look). The size pf the image is 978 Pixel X 99 Pixel. The text is "RSI Tips - Repetitive Strain Injury". The text is in red (#CC0000). The font is "Chiller" (in word 2010). the 2 images of the hand should be positioned the way they are now. The originals will be provided. The background should be in White. 2. A Favicon - The letter R from the header image. as large as possible on a transparent background - I need this in jpeg and png - up to 10 MB 3. An image with header text only: 73X73 Pixel (for twitter) - Maximum size of 700k. 4. Image size 540 pixels high by 180 pixels (for facebook) - The text will on the top half of the picture, and the hand image holding the wrist on the second half, facing up - 4MB max/ 5. use a 180 x 180 pixel for facebook with only the text - 4MB max
