Block removable media on Windows Server 2008 R2 for specific users using OU and custom GPO

i need a microsoft AD expert that can help me create a GPO (which i already know how to do) that will block removable media and then link it to a specific OU. When i try doing this, it does not work. I need someone that has already done this before and is a microsoft server expert.
