Boonex Expert Needed

I have a very critical need for a Boonex mod to be developed. I want support for the following filetypes: ppt,pptx, doc, docx, rtf, xls, odt, ods (open office), iwork, pdf. When user upload file a thumbnail should be automically generated and be displayed just like if an image or video is uploaded. Also the files must be viewable in the browser by the best way possible. They can be viewed using something like Google documents or be converted into flash or images. PPT and pptx and open office equivalent should be viewable as a flash slide show. Each file should have a unique link... I need this very urgently and at a very reasonable price.
