Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I've got a contact database that needs updated. We need to text everyone and get their correct email address. Also, the email addresses that I send out constant contact, mailchimp, and all the other ones stop my account because I have to big of a bounce back rate. I'd also like to get more good emails to send out to sell my products. I've got a software called list grabber to gather businesses email addresses. I need someone to get my email marketing working so that I can send out on a regular basis. I've already set up a mail chimp account, just haven't sent any out because of afraid of shutting account down again. Also, if it needs better writing I'm ok with that. Our goal is to get clients in these 2 different industries. Life Settlement industry and Merchant processing. Once we get started I would want assistance in an on going. I'd also like a website built to capture peoples email addresses and for someone to see the information. Social Media would be good to put it on as well. We can break up the website project from the email project.
