Business Proposal

I'm in the early stages of starting my own private security company in the state of Georgia, assume all of the state required legalities are in order, I want the business plan to focus on 4 areas manufacturing (look at how a restaurant is broken down and the business plan should break down as it relates to private security) , marketing (website for ongoing training, uniform orders, bids), latest technology to increase productivity of all employees, income stream (website, government, private sector bids) lastly, how will the investors get their capital back should the company not reach profit within the first 3-5 years, (asset acquisition, dissolution, expanding equity investors), I prefer landscape format, no longer than 10 pages, the summary should read like fire (attention grabber). if you have any questions please let me know.
