Countdown Digital Clock

I need a digital clock that will countdown each segment of a church service. The program should read in the segment name and time (in minutes) from a text file. The display will show minutes and seconds remaining for current segment. This should FILL UP the screen to increase visibility. At the bottom, the segment name is displayed in a large, visible font as well. Once the segment has counted down to zero, it then switches to the next segment name with the given time allotment...and the countdown continues. This will be displayed on a laptop. Prefer that it not begin until a "BEGIN SERVICE" button is pressed. Sample text file is provided.
