Custom Application Launcher - App dock - required

Hello Bidders, I need a custom application launcher or application dock made. It would be similar to the application launcher used in the movie Netforce. I have extracted a clip of this App Launcher (AL) from the movie. The file can be found at [login to view URL] . The clip shows the launcher and then it shows it in slow motion. This would be very much like a yahoo widget in terms of look and feel. It needs to run on a Windows platform. Windows XP and above. The launcher specs are as follows: -The AL should be able to launch up to six applications -There should be a progress bar in a circle format – much like the movie -The applications being launched could be MS office apps or any other proprietary apps -If you can add a sub-tree (as shown in the clip) that would be great! -There should be a configuration menu where I should be able to specify which button box has which app associated. It should also allow me to name the button (again as shown in the clip) -The configuration menu should also allow selection of the color of the buttons -In the center there should be my logo – which I will send to the winning bidder. The logo is a globe – this logo will be rotating at all times. -The AL should be movable all over the screen and then be able to be stationary -The font should be a nice futuristic font – preferably as close to the movie version -Please note: This is not a browser app. This is more of a standalone windows applet. In effect the AL should be as close to the movie version as possible. I am open to design ideas. Do look at the site [login to view URL] and search for launcher.
