Hi,
I'm Max Pham.
I have 12 years experiences in embedded system development. In last 4 years I join the opensource/linux and the main tasks are support BSP (board support packages) which include Linux/uboot for evaluation kits of PowerPC, ARM; Application: wireless routers, network attached storage devices.
But in 3 years before that (from 2008 to 2010), I worked for a Automotive Diagnostic tools maker company which seems quite closed to your project's requirements. I would like to apply for as a partime job.
Below are some brief summary:
- Position: Embedded System Engineer Manager, responsible for:
+ Manage source control (SVN, Git) and bug tracking system (Mantis, Redmine).
+ Hardware: high-level design and review logic design/schematics. Review partner’s specs (such as LCD specs, outsource projects).
+ Vehicles protocols: OBD I/II (J1979) and manufacturer defined protocols (Keyword, VPW, PWM, K2000; Ford; GM; Chrysler; Volkswagen; Citroen; Toyota; Suzuki; Misubishi; The protocols include ECU, ABS, SRS.
+ Firmware: Implement tool's code to communication with ECUs; user interface, and test plan for diagnostic tools.
- Hardware:
+OBD I/II Vehicle diagnostic tools: ARM7 families (Atmel, ST, TI), 8051 families.
Thanks and best regards,
