debug c++ dll and get working

I need someone to take this project and get it working. It is a c++ dll that interfaces with evernote. You will need to create test calls to the dll in order to test. I will provide you with an interface that generates the oauth access token for the account we are using. You will need to take that oauth token and get the program up to speed. The only thing that changed in the dll was evernote changed to oauth for authentication, so each of the 3 methds in the dll need to be tested with the new oauth logic.
