Build a C++ project with JNI interface

I have a C++ project which is failing to build with Visual C++ commandline tool. I am not a Pro with C++ but good in Java. I need some one build this project and create the necessary dll for me. I need the steps taken to build this successfully should be documented. Everything is there. It is 1 hour job for some one quite good in Visual C++. But I am ready to pay for 2 hours max.
