In VirtualBox 2.2 if you install WindowsXP there is a list of hardware the machine reports that virtualbox is emulating. I want to be able to rename the hardware in that list so that windows will report whichever hardware i rename it to. I understand the hardware being emulated will not change, just simply the name. I want to be able to write a configured text file of the new hardware list, run the program you will write, and it will rename all the hardware as configured in the file.
