Hi I need an admin who is experienced at using Squid Proxy server. Specifically this is what I want you to do-- Look at the C code of Squid Proxy server. And then prepare a simple document that explains the following- (a) How does Squid detect an incoming request's source domain? (b) How does it store user access credentials (when a user logs in) (c) How does Squid maintain user sessions (ie allow user to continue using a Squid proxy server once he has logged on) (d) How does Squid redirect user to specific data from a folder on the same server? How does it serve that data (I am referring to data that is stored/cached on that server)? (e) How does Squid server a web page eg. HTML that is stored/cached on the same server? I should be able to myself create new code (in any language including C) that basically does all of the above, simply by reading through your document. Low bids would be preferred. Yours sincerely, Arvind.
