DESKTOP APPLICATION ([login to view URL] file) install, set up, log in There has been a change to this post, Im gonna break the job down. To make it simpler, I want a desktop e- learning tool first. with about 4 or 5 layers. Log in,--Lobby(chat) --e-classrooms(whiteboard-ppt-video-chat-voip and the usual features of an e-class)--the lobby should also have an option to see who is online so they can chat together. There will be a number of e-classrooms but they will all have the same design. So lets concentrate on this job first and forget the website. Should be multilingual, easy to make changes for a non programmer and should be based on a server. Forgive my drawing abilities. Please find attached a jpg.
