I have extensive experience with C programming and while I do not contribute driver code to the Linux Kernel, I am familiar with the kernels internals and structuring and will be able to devote at least 10 hours a day to the work. In the past I wrote drivers for personal use for several pieces of then unsupported hardware. I chose not to try to get them into the kernel because I was, at the time, very critical of my programming skills.
