Client-Server Application Qt-C++ - repost

Hello Everyone, I am looking for a professional developer who can code in C++ with Qt libraries. I have a incomplete code of the software. I need some serious candidate who can work on my project seriously. The client-server are exchanging windows messages. So, you should be aware of windows messaging API and network programming. I have already wasted 350 USD in my last project and i have received nothing in return, whole amount was just a big waste. I paid the freelancer on his faith and confidence. Then, he just ruined my project in minutes. So, this time i am not gonna pay in advance at any cost. I can go with milestones but I will only release the milestone when i am satisfied with your work. I will need regular updates from you on my project, so that i know how project is progressing. By updates, i mean i need to see the work, i don't just want to listen to random stories. I want you to talk to me about the project and fully understand the requirements in advance and tell me the estimated time which you will take to complete this application. The software is almost complete but i am not able to find a right candidate who can complete it in the right manner and on time. Apart from this client-server application, i need a FUD cryptor also like this [login to view URL] and the licensing of the software to be done by making the whole setup ready. And remember, this project is just a start, i have a lot of work in this project to be done later, once this software is ready. Currently, this project is for windows only and i need to port it to other platforms also. So, I am looking for a long term relationship, not just for a single project. I am open for you suggestions and adjustments. But you have to be faithful with me on the project and should deliver updates on time. And yes, i will see you previous work done first and also the references. So, if you don't have anything to show me. Please don't waste my time as well as yours.
