Develop working Windows 7 driver or solution for older hardware

Our company needs a working solution to allow the Linksys USB100TX (a 10/100 Ethernet to USB adapter) to work and function for a computer running Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit).

The manufacturer has only supplied Drivers for Windows XP. Which work, however they will not work for Windows 7.

For this project, we would prefer a driver installation (MSI) that will install and work for Win7. Or another work around that can be deployed as a one-click executable.

We can provide a sample hardware of the USB100TX.
