Create a CCS Project for CC2640

I need someone to set up a BLE Project for a CC2640 module in CCS 6 that contains all the necessary files and can be checkt into SVN. The example projects in the SDK are somewhat confusing because they just contian links to the files. I want a project that I can put into SVN and checkout at a given time to do a recompile. All the necessary libraries for the BLE project need to be in the project.
