Currently i don't have a clue whether the website will read temperature from webservice or from device. The sms alert will use a trial or free component.

I have many experiences in web development in asp,net. I'm dedicated with my work. To create a web monitoring application, I propose the following technical specification design: 1. A web page to be created using either Web Form or MVC 2. A web monitoring application refreshes its pages in certain interval period, so Ajax (asynchronous js) might be needed. 3. Sending email or sms can be done from the Web App or from Sql Server using Stored Procedure. It depends on the infrastructures provided by client.
