I am tired of working with developers that do not respect my time and feel as if it's OK to break deadlines. I want to make this 100% clear: if you miss the deadline you agree to (by even 5 minutes). I will cancel the project and dispute / NOT release any funds. If you cannot be professional then do not expect to be paid. I don't care if it takes me twice as long to have another developer write the same code again.
I do not mean to sound rude, but the last 5 (FIVE) developers I've worked with have all broken deadlines and I simply cannot do business this way. I always let the developer determine the deadline and even then they still break it. This to me is ridiculous.

I am looking for a developer with strong C# and WPF skills. You must be well versed in web scraping and web automation via HTTP (webrequest/webresponse) and XML as your job will consist of taking a specific web-forms and re-creating them in a C# WPF user control. The user control must then save the form data to a database in XML format (instead of posting to the web server). A separate class will be used to parse the XML in the database and POST the data / collect the responses.
We will start with one website form (rather large) to test your skills and reliability. If you are good, there are about 10-15 other sites you can do this for and I will give you ALL of the work as long as you can keep to the deadlines you agree to.
I will share more details with those that are qualified. PLEASE do not bid if you cannot keep your word about deadlines.

Hi, Just one question. What about Javascript or VBscript? You need an web browser to create final layout of the page/form/frame. Webresponse contains not only HTML!!!
