We need highly professional 3D renders of our proposed townhouse development to be completed soon. I prefer to release payment only after first draft is submitted to ensure timely completion of the work. I MUST see samples of work done previously before considering any bid. I have attached below two examples of quality of finish I want. I have also attached below examples of similar townhouse 3D renders. What is required: 1 x full front view of entire development (townhouse example 1) 1 x internal view (quality example 2) 1 x view of individual townhouse (townhouse example 2) 1 x view of rear townhouses (townhouse example 3) I will send the architectural drawings, example of colour scheme and specifics once the job is awarded. Successful bidder must be available via email from prompt responses. I look forward to seeing your sample work. Please start response with 3DRENDER so i don't receive generic responses. Thanks!
