Convert C++ code to VB.NET

Hello. There are missing some other classes, therefore there is needed to convert more code in order to make in working, exception you have already converted those classes.

there are 2 classed found. one is header class and another is cpp class. 36 and 127 lines respectively. Do you need me to convert in VB.NET using Window Form application ?
