Clean up Responsive Design on this site

Hi, we need your help to clean up the responsive design on this site: http://greendentalalexandria . com If you look at the site you will see it is almost there but needs just a little bit of tweaking. This site is in MODx content manager and the template uses chances and template variable so you must be familiar with them. I will supply you with ftp access and modx access to get this accomplished. We will always want the phone number and address (or link to directions) located at the very top of our responsive designs. The site needs to be responsive for mobile phones and tables and we will be testing them against real devices not just online replicators. The project must be completed within 48 hours.
