CSS theme designer familiar with Bootstrap 3

Looking for designer or developer with good eye for design, firm grasp of CSS and current web standards/best practices, with familiarity of the Bootstrap 3 front-end framework. Candidate will be creating CSS based themes for pre-configured Bootrstrap 3 based html 5 templates. Candidate will be responsible for creating all visual styling and graphic assets contained within created CSS theme. Candidate should also be familiar with Photoshop, able to work with psd files, utilize layer comps, and utilize best practices for setting up layers/layer groups for web based workflow and production. We will be paying a fixed price for each template we select. We are looking to build around 100 different themed templates.
