CSS Style Sheet Needed

We need to have a CSS Style sheet done for a Sencha Desktop UI App we have created, all of the work in Sencha is DONE. We are looking for someone to do the CSS Style Sheet [ONLY} for us so that the Look & Feel of the App is our own style and not that of the Stock Look of Sencha. This will involve CSS for; Desktop Background, Bottom Toolbar, Icons, Tabs, Boxes, Windows, Elements, Buttons, Radio Boxes, Dropdowns, etc.
Applicants should have experience in CSS and Examples of their work, preference will be given to those with UI Style creation. Along with CLEAN well documented code is also required.
Winning Bidder will be considered for additional work as we are in progress with several other similar jobs of the same type, Sencha UI CSS Style Sheets.
This should be a quick, easy job with FAST Turn around time as we have mockups and a general layout, feel & graphics all ready selected, but will take input from our chosen designer.
