CSS / JavaScript vertical navigation

We need a custom CSS and possibly JavaScript/jQuery navigation coded.

The navigation will have the following features:

- vertical navigation menu with 1 level submenus

- we will have to use background images for the headers and background

- the navigation links on the submenus will be just text/html

- the navigation will use the mouse hover on the header categories to expand and show the submenus

I have attached a snapshot of how the menu should look by default and another one showing what will display under the headings when the user hovers on the parent categories.
