Character Design 3D similar to TAZ

Hi I am looking for some one to create a 3D wire frame of an animated character , we will supply a 2 D character a) The character is very much like TAZ the Tasmanian Devil from Warner Brothers Cartoons ( see picture ) attached b) A 3DMAX format wire frame c) Skins to be added as per picture we will supply d) Final Result must be importable to Poser 5 for its animation sequence The character , is to be used in a promotional sports item , over lapping sports football ( junior league ) , this will be done in Australia Patrick Holmes Technical Director P&C Micro’s P/L Australia
