Configuring Cisco IVR and Unity

We have a Cisco VoIP system that consist of the following devices:
o Cisco Call Manager 7825-I3, Qty (2), (1)Publisher, (1)Subscriber, Linux server CUCM version 6
o Cisco Voice Gateway 2811,
o Cisco Unity Server 7825-I2, windows server 2003
o Cisco IVR Server 7825-H3, windows server 2003
We have a problem the Cisco IVR and Unity server, for both server the OS is working fine. the scope of the project is to fix the systems and make sure they function properly.
Note: the equipment are installed in Morocco, the configuration will be done through remote access.
