Add static route to 1841 to allow accessing local web server from public IP (hairpinning)

I have a small home network set up with 1 to 1 NAT. That network includes a web server on the local side. I have a static IP from internet provider. Web server works perfectly, and I am happy with network, except that machines on local LAN see the local IP for the web server. I need to be able to access the web server from my local LAN, but through the public IP address. My understanding is that this is called hairpinning or reflection. I have been told it is possible to add a static routing statement that will allow me to do this, without making any other changes to router config.
I need someone to look at my config (I can provide as text file) and:
1. Tell me if this is indeed possible, and if it is:
2. Write that statement and let me know where in the config file it goes. That's it!
I intend to eventually replace my 1841 with and ASA 5505 (or use both), but for now I just need to work on my own web server as if I were outside the local LAN. Just looking for quick, inexpensive, and successful. Perhaps much more work down the road, but not today.
I would also be open to using a second 1841 as well as an ASA 5505 with a basic license, or any combination of one, two or three. Right now I have a web server on my local lan that is configred to safely be exposed to the web. Really my biggest thing is time. I need this done yesterday. Someone wants to write a specific config file for the ASA, I'll use it if it works and is safe. I'd like to ad a second, third, or maybe even fourth server somewhere down the road, but I will always have two Cisco 1841s and on ASA 5505 available to use. I also have a Netgear wireless AP sitting on 192.168.1.3 for wireless access in the house. This is my little private data center for better or worse. I realize I should have at least 2 separate connections in for redundancy, geographically separated nameservers, but the content of the server is for me alone, so i can take certain liberties for the time being. I will expand payment as appropriate for any extra work.
