Customer Service Representative
$2-8 USD / hour
I'm looking for a Customer Service Representative to help with responding to Customers from an eCommerce website. We do not have any inventory and ship through distributors. Thus, it is necessary to be able to call the company and check on the status of orders. We have some pre set templates already with standard responses which will help respond to customers. We will also train you on how to respond to certain questions such as "wheres my stuff" or order has not yet arrived. Etc., Please respond with AMZN so I know you read this. We are looking for someone who can offer over 8 hours a day and this could lead to a full time position. This job can be done from anywhere with access to a computer. The role may also be extended to other areas within the business when there are no customers to respond to. It is very important that we are able to reach you thus communication key. Additionally, we are looking for someone who speaks English very well.
