Craiglist Posting 40 ads per day

Description I am Realtor that is looking for a reliable person/team to post up to 40 ads daily 7 days a week in the same city for the next. As I test the conversion rates from these ads, the frequency of ads may increase, decrease, or remain the same. The posting category is the Homes for sale or the Homes/Apts for Rent Category. Since I am advertising different properties, the Banners, pics and the posting text will vary as new properties are rented or sold. The ads will contain from 0 to 4 pictures per ad. These ads will be posted daily throughout the day from 7am - 10pm Eastern Standard Time. I will provide the Banner Ad, Posting Titles, Description, Pics, Category Locations via excel spread sheet descriptions ahead of time. *Note: I prefer to use Vflyer or Postlets templates when I place my Ads on Craigslist. Are you able to post ads on Craigslist using these templates? Are you able to design a custom landing page such as Vflyer or Postlets that I can use when posting ads. Reply to this question in the PMB. The wining bidder will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, and MULTIPLE verified accounts (PVA) is needed. You must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED and you will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting. The rate I am willing to pay is 0.20 per ad, and you will be paid by the number of ads posted that are non-flagged, non-ghosted non-blocked ads that sticks for at least 24 hours. Payments will be made every 3 Days via Pay pal. Please only bid if you have done this before, No newbies please.
