Business Proposal - open to bidding

To write a Business proposal to the Government sector to invest and developing afforestation of. It is basically an Ecology concept which is to Recycle, Reuse and Reduce. It is also means that we are actually Saving the Earth (Environment of protecting the Earth) First of all we have a targeted period of 3 years of plantation which is to refined a cooling oil like Palm oil or Kernel oil. But that does not mean the palm/kernel plantation oil will come out 100%. It will only contain 30% of oil which means another 70% is being wasted. So what we are planning to do is to do a farming too. The leftover 70% of the plants can be given to the animals for consuming it or even make it a fertilizer for the plantations. The soils of the plants have to be an organic soils which will make the plants grow healthier. We do not want to use chemical based soils because as you can see we are actually trying our best to save the earth by avoiding all the chemicals related supplies. It is also based on the water pollution. Water pollution is the contamination of water bodies (e.g. lakes, rivers, oceans, aquifers and groundwater). Water pollution occurs when pollutants are directly or indirectly discharged into water bodies without adequate treatment to remove harmful compounds. So therefore we would also like to avoid for all the water pollutions. In per sqkilometer create 25 workmanship to take care of the unit, to stabilize the plantations.
