create revenue generating link pages for real estate site SEO/ Google Adwords

I own around 60 webnames that are ideal for real estate sales. Examples are: [login to view URL] (all 50 states in this form) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I wish to generate some income from the sites. I am thinking paid links such as google adwords or other revenue referral services. I need someone to create a template site that has useful real estate information on it, links etc. Do SEO so it actually comes up in searches and create the google ad links etc. I am open to other income generating ideas as well. I am thinking once one template is made, it can be reproduced for all 60 sites with minor changes. I would want you to upload to a server, create and have all 60 sites up and running.
