Correction of English document against style and linguistic inaccuracies

The bid is only for native English speakers. Please read fully. The attached document contains 12 articles, jokes and proverbs on Egyptian culture and society. They have about 14.5k words in about 35 pages. Articles make up more than 2/3 of the document (word count), and rest are jokes and proverbs. I would like to check and correct its style to comply with North American English, and to correct any spelling mistakes left over (less frequent). The text was written by a non-native English speaker so some expressions may not reflect proper English, and your job is to make the text sound enough for publication. In order to do it you have to: • Change expressions or sentences that you find inappropriate to more appropriate sound English ones. • Change any styling or words that are not culturally comprehensive to a suitable one. • Replace obsolete terms. Some jokes are translated from Egyptian ones, and of course translation sometimes ruins the spirit of the joke. Please try to change style to make jokes appeal linguistically and culturally to English speaking, particularly native, readers. The document is in MS Word format.
